Peach Salad

What about something light, but has a flavor to satisfy your sweet tooth. Here is just the recipe.


1 (29 ounce) can peaches

1 (3-ounce) pkg. peach gelatin

8 ounces cream cheese softened

12 ounces whipped topping


Drain the peaches, reserving 1 cup of juice. Bring the reserved juice to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from hear. Dissolve the gelatin in the juice.

Combine the gelatin mixture, peaches, until blended, or mix with a hand mixer. Pour into a bowl or mold. Chill covered until set. Serves 6 to 8.
