Drug Violations

Allen W. Campbell, 60, of Lavina was charged with simple possession/ casual exchange (meth and marijuana) and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

On 01/03/23, Allen Campbell was found sleeping in his truck in the Huntingdon Walmart parking lot. A clear glass pipe was in clear sight. Officers located 1.7 grams of meth and 3.4 grams of marijuana on Campbell’s person.

Multiple Charges

Marcus A. Holder, 51, of Reagan, was charged with possession of schedule II (cocaine) with intent and seventh offense driving on a suspended license. He was also charged with driving on suspended convictions in 2022.

Officers’ prior knowledge of the driver’s license being suspended, allowed for a traffic stop. Officers located two bags that field tested positive for 16.3 grams of cocaine.
