Multiple Charges
Matthew J. Rigney, 29, of Camden was cited for theft of property involving merchandise. He was also placed under arrest for a violation of an order of protection.
On 12/12/22, Officers responded to Walmart, Joe Lowe, reported shoplifting. Matthew Rigney and Danielle Hall were dependent on each other the day of the shoplifting incident. A computer check with dispatch confirmed Rigney did have an active order of protection with Danielle Hall.
