The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on October 12.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court:

Michael Gukeisen, Terry Road, Huntingdon. Meth – possession or casual exchange.

Cyra S. Napier, Highway 48, Centerville. Evading arrest, reckless endangerment – vehicle/felony, resisting arrest, driving while license suspended – 2nd or subsequent offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic, speeding, display of registration plates violation.

Chase Norden, Bell Store Road, McKenzie. Burglary – other than habitation, theft up to $1,000, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, probation violation – booked.

Dan Tyler Williams, Rosemary Lane, Nashville. Reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved, tampering with evidence, evading arrest, meth – possession or casual exchange, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, failure of vehicles/streetcars to stop at all stop signs, financial responsibility law violation, light law violation.

Marcus A. Holder, McCollum Road, Reagan. Schedule II drugs – manufacturing/delivery/sale/possession, speeding.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Trevor Lake Akin, Mebanewood Drive, Huntingdon. Simple possession/casual exchange, schedule VI drugs – manufacturing/delivery/sale/possession, probation violation – booked; $1,000 fine, jail sentence suspended, time served except for 10 days on weekends, supervised probation until costs paid in full.

Erica Dianna Arnold, Heather Lane, Camden. Probation violation – booked; 15 days jail, credit 6 days jail, extend probation 90 days.

Billy Borum, Allen Street, McKenzie. Probation violation; 90 days jail sentence, supervised probation, credit for time served, dismissed charge of failure to appear.

Kelly Dickey, Old Union Road, Adamsville. Driving while license revoked – 2nd or subsequent offense, failure to appear; 30 days jail, 5/29 supervised probation until costs are paid.

Logan Dodd, Jamison Court, Huntingdon. Simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; $400 fine, 20 days jail, credit of 20 days, supervised probation until costs are paid in full, dismissed charges of tampering with evidence, meth – possession or casual exchange, simple possession/casual exchange.

Joseph Floyd, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie. Possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; $150 fine, jail sentence suspended, supervised probation for remainder.

Michael R. Hampton, Anark Road, Huntingdon. Simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; $400 fine, 20 days jail, 11/19 supervised probation or until costs/fines are paid in full, dismissed charges of tampering with evidence, meth – possession or casual exchange, and simple possession/casual exchange.

Patrick Quinton Ladante Hampton, Short Street, Humboldt. Simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, violation of financial responsibility law; $550 fine, 90 days jail, 65 days time served, 8/29 supervised probation, dismissed charge of registration law violation.

Thomas A. Harris, Haynes Street, McKenzie. Public intoxication; $10 fine, 30 days jail, 30 days time served.

Marcus A. Holder, McCollum Road, Reagan. Failure to appear; 2 days jail, 11/27 supervised probation.

Joseph Raymond Humphreys, Jr, Sunset Drive, Bruceton. Simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; $400 fine, jail sentence suspended to time served, supervised probation until costs are paid, dismissed charge of speeding.

Joshua R. Kenyon, Oakdale Road, Camden. DUI – first offense; $350 fine, 48 hours in jail, 11/27 supervised probation until costs are paid in full, not to drive in TN for 1 year, DUI school, dismissed charges of open container violation, violation of implied consent law, expired registration, financial responsibility law violation, and driving on the right violation.

Lucielious Ray King III, Ephesus Church Road, Hollow Rock. Violation of financial responsibility law; no sentence listed, dismissed charges of possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, obedience to any required traffic control device.

Kevin Allen Marlin, Rachel Street, Rensselaer, Indiana. Possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; 5 days jail, supervised probation for 11/24 or until costs are paid, dismissed charge of meth – possession or casual exchange.

Christopher Jacob Reynolds, West Railroad Street, Trezevant. Possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, probation violation; $150 fine, 60 days jail, 14 day jail credit, supervised probation for balance of sentence, dismissed charges of speeding, meth – manufacturing/delivery/sale/possession with intent, driving while license revoked – 2nd or subsequent offense.

Jess Thomas, Westport Road, Huntingdon. Possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, failure to appear; $150 fine, 30 days jail, 13 days jail credit, supervised probation until costs are paid, extended probation for 60 days, dismissed charges of failure to appear (2 counts).

Michael Webb, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie. Simple possession/casual exchange; $250 fine, 90 days jail/already in custody, 17/18 supervised probation, dismissed charge of possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Bedford Forrest Wortham, Wortham Loop, Huntingdon. Meth – possession or casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; $900 fine, 30 days jail, supervised probation until costs are paid in full, dismissed charge of driving while license revoked – 2nd or subsequent offense.

Carlos Wright, Forrest Circle, McKenzie. Failure to appear; $100 fine, 2 days jail, time served, supervised probation until cost/fines are paid in full, no contact with victim.

The following cases were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Haley Nicole Baugh, Main Street E., Trezevant. Judicial diversion for school entrance/attendance/withdrawal; defendant shall comply with all attendance policies through West Carroll Primary School and not have any further unexcused violations this school semester.

William Patrick Walker, Eli Brown Road, Henry. Pre-trial diversion for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; costs to be paid by 4/12/23 or appear in court, dismissed charges of simple possession/casual exchange, light law violation.
