Five Huntingdon athletes named to All-West Tennessee teams

 Huntingdon High School was well represented on two different Jackson Sun All-West Tennessee teams that were announced recently. Three Mustang football players were named to the first and second teams. C.J. Pelonero, junior LB, was named to the first team as he recorded 145 tackles for the season, 32 tackles for a loss, and had ten sacks for the season. Austin Byrd was named to the second team as an offensive lineman, and Elijah Flowers was named to the second team defensive team as a linebacker.

 Huntingdon in only its second year of soccer saw one of its players named to the All-West Tennessee Jackson Sun team. Juli Harris was named to the first team and for the season scored 17 goals. Kyleigh Carter was named to the second team.

 Earlier in the year Colton King was named to the All-West Tennessee Cross-Country team.
