Carroll County General Sessions Report

HUNTINGDON (August 24) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on August 24.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Haley A. Craig, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 jail, suspended to 10 days. 11/29 supervised probation.
Antonio Devan Dunlap, Churchill Crossing, Madison, Tenn., guilty, Disorderly Conduct, 30 days jail suspended; 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed, Failure to Appear.
Leslee Greenwall, Moore Creek Road, Bruceton, guilty, Failure to Appear; dismissed, Simple Possession.
Kevin McMinn, Jackson, guilty, Criminal Trespassing, 11/29 jail, suspended to 40 days, no contact with victim business, probation extended for 10 months; guilty, Probation Violation; dismissed, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
The following cases were dismissed.
Rusty D. Crowe, Bradford, dismissed, Forgery.
Joe Nathan Pryor, Jr., Crossroads Church Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs- Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess; dismissed, Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon; dismissed, Possession of a Firearm with the Intent to Go Armed.
Trinity Gordan Maynard, Oaklawn Drive, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While Revoked-second or subsequent; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Vehicle Registration-Improper Use; dismissed, Driving Unregistered Vehicle.
