Multiple Charges

William Henry Hollowell, 40, of Huntingdon was charged with criminal impersonation, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest.

On 01/21/23, Officers were required to use the force of deployment on defendant, William Hollowell. A resident reported the incident, due to the fear of their safety, and the individual stated he worked with federal government officials. Hollowell refused to show officers his hands as he continuously reached for an item in his hooded jacket. A knife fell from the area Hollowell was reaching in, which posed a threat to Lt. Barker. Hollowell was placed under arrest in Carroll County.

Multiple Charges

Nicholas Edwards Scott, 44, of Hollow Rock was charged with his first offense: DUI and violation of implied consent law.

On 01/20/23, Officers responded to a call, in reference to a drunk at Reynolds around 8 p.m. Officers located Nicholas Scott, pumping gas into his vehicle and asked had he been drinking today. He admitted to having quite a few beers. During his field sobriety test, Scott failed several tests. Officer Verner informed Scott he failed the test and would be taken to BMH to give blood. Scott stated to the officers, “if I am going to arrested regardless of if I give blood or not then I do not want to give blood.” Officer Gordon advised dispatch they were enroute to the jail instead.

Multiple Charges

Samuel B. Parish, 19, of Huntingdon was arrested for first offense: DUI and violation of implied consent law.

On 01/22/23, Officer Gordon was behind an individual driving, identified as Samuel Parish. Gordon advised he could tell that Parish had noticed a vehicle behind him and he purposely smashed his brakes as if he was trying to brake check Officer Gordon for trying to run his license plate information. Parish decided to accelerate very quickly in attempts to race the officer, all while still not maintaining his lane. A traffic stop was conducted, Officers asked if he had been drinking, Parish stated, “Yes I had a couple beers, maybe four or five three hours ago, but I’m not drunk I promise.” Field sobriety tests were performed, Parish failed and was taken into custody.
