Junior representative Brooke Butler, daughter of Clint and Gina Butler, was crowned Huntingdon High School’s football homecoming queen in Thursday night’s halftime ceremony during the game with Middleton. Brooke was crowned by AB Club President Caroline Moore and AB Club Vice President Abby Stokes.
She is a member of the AB, FCS and Beta Clubs and the Mayor’s Teen Council. She has also played basketball for two years. Brooke’s escort was Milton Clark, son of Milton Clark Sr. and Veronica Holder.
The freshman representatives were Sadie Shands and Josie Williams. Sadie, daughter of Roger and Tina Shands, was escorted by Keller Smith, son of Scott and Shawna Smith. Sadie is a member of the AB and HOSA Clubs and is on the Mayor’s Teen Council. She is also a cheerleader. Josie, daughter of Daniel Williams and Kara Williams, was escorted by Colton King, son of Blake and Jill Courtney. Josie is a member of the HOSA Club.
Lindsey Sanders and Rylee Holladay were the sophomore representatives. Lindsey, daughter of John and Kim Sanders, was escorted by Brayden Bales, son of Michael and Kimberly Bales. Lindsey is a member of HOSA, FCS, AB and Beta Clubs and the Mayor’s Teen Council. She also plays basketball and softball and is on the cross country team. Rylee, daughter of Mickey Holladay and Ben and Brandi Lee, was escorted by Jeb Atkinson, son of Jacky and Dixie Atkinson. Rylee is a member of AB, HOSA and Beta Clubs. She also plays softball.
The other junior representative was Anna Ruth White, daughter of Jeff and Melissa White, who was escorted by Jaylon Yarbrough, son of Marcos and Lakeshia Yarbrough. She is a member of FFA and has been a football manager for three years.
Senior representatives were Jordan Davis and Anna-Claire Campbell. Jordan, daughter of Jeff and April Davis, was escorted by Nikolas Bynum, son of Jason and Amy Bynum. She is a member of the FFA, Beta, Math, Science and AB Clubs and Student Council. She has been involved with football as a manager for four years. Anna-Claire, daughter of Kevin and Amy Campbell, was escorted by Ben Taylor, son of David and April Taylor. She is a member of FFA, HOSA and AB Clubs and Student Council. She has been involved as a football manager for one year and tennis for two years.
Flowers were presented to the royalty by the cheerleaders.
