Apple Snacks
With the weather turning cooler, a sweet apple snack straight from the oven would be just perfect.
Ingredients
2 Cans Ten Count Biscuits
2-3 red applies peeled, cut in small pieces
1 Stick Melted Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
Cinnamon
7-Up or Sprite (6 Ozs.)
Directions
Let biscuits soften a few minutes and then flatten each one. Fill biscuits with apple pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon (do not overfill). Close the biscuit up around apple pieces and pinch top closed. Place in baking dish. Cover with 7-Up or Sprite and melted butter (mixed together). Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Remove from dish and place on plate to serve.
