Will McBride receives WestStar Scholarship

Former UT Martin Chancellor Nick Dunagan is to assist dependents of WestStar alumni in their education at the University. A Carroll County resident received the Nick Dunagan WestStar Leadership Scholarship, which was established by the University of Tennessee at Martin. 

William (Will) McBride, of McKenzie, is a sophomore agricultural engineering major. His father, Kenny McBride, is a member of the WestStar class of 2004.

WestStar is the state’s oldest and largest regional leadership program and is dedicated to identifying, encouraging and equipping community-minded people who want to be involved in West Tennessee’s economic success.
