Posted

Downtown McKenzie is now home to a modern co-working environment called the Rail Yard Workspace. The facility, which formerly housed Overflow Church, serves as a place where individuals can rent space to work either in a “drop-in” status or with a dedicated office. The facility is operated by the McKenzie Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Rail Yard is the first co-working space in McKenzie, Carroll, Henry, and Weakley Counties and offers members a business address, fast wi-fi, multiple seating options, a break area with free coffee, a color copier/printer/scanner/fax, and conference rooms for meeting with clients.

Membership options include “Drop-Ins” at $20/day, “Dedicated Office” at $250/month, “coworking 8-5” at $100/month, “Co-working 24/7” at $150/month, and “Student” access for $25/month.

Local businesses can also rent the conference room for $150/day or the conference/training room for $250/day.
