Paul told us in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 to rejoice, pray, and give thanks in all circumstances for this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus.
There are so many reasons to give thanks morning, noon, and night. God so loved this unlovely, fallen world that the gave his only begotten son that whosever believeth in him should not perish, but have ever lasting life. This is the best!
We have been privileged to live in the United States with so many blessings.
And more recently, I am thankful for the praying believers who prayed for me during my recent stay in the hospital and recovery. You can’t put a value on the prayers of the believers. In addition, I have received beautiful cards, tasty food, telephone calls, a few visits, and many good thoughts. For all of you out there, I love and appreciate all your efforts, and I trust God to bless as only he can. I can’t leave God out, I hope I can say thank you daily with my life for his mercy and goodness. To live is Christ, to die is gain.
Thank you,
Betty Pritchard Hart
