The old standby recipe for a fudge pie is always good for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Self-Rising Flour
2 Cups Sugar
5 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa
4 Eggs
1 Cup (2 Sticks) Margarine, Melted
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Unbaked (8-Inch) Pie Shells
Directions
Mix the flour, sugar and baking cocoa in a bowl. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the melted margarine. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the vanilla. Pour into the pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until not quite set, do not overtaker. Serves 12.
