Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of September, 2024 letters testamentary (or of administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Ray Smith, who died September 7, 2024, were issued to the undersigned by the Clerk and Master of Carroll County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this Notice to Creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors, if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in (1) (A); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

OF ELIMINATION OF
DANGEROUS STRUCTURES ORDINANCE
ORDER
To: GLENNA D. TUCKER OR THE INDIVIDUALS OWNING OR CONTROLLING THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 4080 HIGHWAY 22, HUNTINGDON, CARROLL COUNTY, TENNESSEE
Take notice that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Clarksburg, Tennessee, conducted a hearing on September 23, 2024, relative to a Complaint filed regarding the junk, debris and accumulation of weeds and other overgrown vegetation located on the property described herein, pursuant to the provisions of the Clarksburg Municipal Code, Section 13-201, et seq.
WHEREUPON, the governing body, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, found that the property located at 4080 Highway 22, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee was a public nuisance and not maintained as required by C.M.C. § 13-202.
WHEREUPON, the governing body, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, unanimously found that the subject property was found unsafe for human occupation and could not be rehabilitated. The property owner is ordered to make substantial efforts to remover or repair all structures, junk, debris, accumulation of weeds and other overgrown vegetation within ninety (90) days from the date of this order. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen will review the property owner’s compliance with the Order on December 16, 2024. Upon review, if the property owner has failed to comply with this order, the City may at its option remove all structures, junk, debris, accumulation of weeds and other overgrown vegetation from the property. The cost of such removal shall be taxed to the property owner. The City may file a lien against the property to recover the cost of said removal and cleanup, for which execution may issue.
The property which is the subject of this Order, is more particularly described as follows:
Real property with improvements located at 4080 Highway 22, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee and further identified as Tax Map 142, Parcel 11.00, of the records Property Assessor of Carroll County, Tennessee, owned and/or controlled by Glenna D. Tucker. For further title reference, see Warranty Deed Book 385, at Page 524, in the Register’s Office of Carroll County, Tennessee.
Done by Order of the governing body of the City of Clarksburg, meeting in special session on September 23, 2024.
