Sale at public auction will be on October 29, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. local time at the usual and customary location at the Carroll County Courthouse, 99 Court Street, Huntingdon, TN 38344, pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by Morris Hollowell and Janice Hollowell for the benefit of Ameritrust Mortgage Company, dated January 10, 2003, of record in Book 498 Page 673 in the Register of Deeds Office for Carroll County, Tennessee, (“Deed of Trust”), conducted by James E. Albertelli, P.A. d/b/a ALAW, a Florida corporation duly authorized to conduct business in Tennessee, having been appointed Trustee, all of record in the Register of Deeds Office for Carroll County, Tennessee. Default in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust has been made, and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.

WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated October 6, 2023, recorded in the Register's Office of Carroll County, Tennessee, in Trust Deed Book 735, Page 643 ("Trust Deed"), Misty Dawn White conveyed to Investors Title Company, Trustee, the real estate therein described, to secure the payment of certain indebtedness therein described; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed, and FirstBank, the lawful holder of the indebtedness, has declared the entire balance due and payable; and

The Petitioner has made reasonable, good faith efforts to locate and serve the Respondent with process. These efforts have been unsuccessful.
The Respondent’s current residence is unknown, and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Respondent Brittany Hayes enter her appearance herein by the 4th day of December, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., a rule day of said Court, and that a copy of this Order be published for four consecutive weeks in the Carroll County News Leader, 84 Elks Lodge Rd., Huntingdon, Tennessee 38344, a newspaper distributed in Carroll County, Tennessee. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Gibson County Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office in Trenton, Tennessee.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Cedar Grove Utility District will be conducting a PUBLIC MEETING on October 21, 2024, at 6:00 PM, local time, at 3100 TN-220, Lavinia, TN 38348 to provide information about the Cedar Grove Utility District’s application for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan and/or Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Funding with Principal Forgiveness in the amount of $4,407,200 for a Water Line Replacement and the resulting impact on monthly water bills.
It is noted that 50% of that amount will be in the form of principal forgiveness and will not have to be repaid.
