Nominations sought for Sweetheart Couple

Do you have a friend or relative that is living a love story that the whole county should know about? This is your chance to tell it. The Carroll County News-Leader is seeking nominations for its 2021 Sweetheart Couple of the Year!

The newspaper is currently accepting nominations in the form of a 500 word (or less) essay. Use the essay to tell why your nominated couple should be selected as Carroll County’s Sweetheart Couple. The winning couple will receive several gifts from local businesses that are sure to make this Valentines Day one to remember.

Hurry! The deadline is Friday, Feb. 5 at noon. Nominations may be turned in to the Carroll County News-Leader office at 165 Court Square in Huntingdon or mailed to PO Box 888, Huntingdon, TN 38344. You may also email your nomination to Raven Trevathan at raven@magicvalleypublishing.com.
