PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION
OF ORDINANCES & RESOLUTIONS
BY THE TOWN OF HUNTINGDON
Pursuant to Section 2.08(d) of the town’s charter, public notice is hereby given of the adoption of the following ordinances and resolutions:
Resolution No. 025-04, a resolution to authorize the Town of Huntingdon to be a member of HGACBuy Cooperative Purchase Program.
Resolution No. 025-05, a resolution of the Town of Huntingdon, Tennessee, authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the Town of Huntingdon to negotiate and accept Payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes.
Copies of these documents are on file in the Office of the Town Recorder in the Huntingdon Municipal Building where they are available for public inspection during office hours. Copies can be obtained for a nominal sum.
