WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated March 21, 2019, executed by FRANK W MCCORD and ELIZABETH A. Unless otherwise indicated, all meetings are in the Council Room of the Huntingdon City Hall, 19810 Main Street East, Huntingdon, TN. This facility is accessible to disabled persons.

TOWN COUNCIL: Meets regularly at 5:15 P.M., on the 4th Tuesday of each month.

INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD: Meets regularly at 8:00 A.M. on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

HOUSING AUTHORITY: Meets regularly at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd Friday of each month at the Housing Authority Office on Hillcourt Circle.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Town of Huntingdon

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-203, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Town Council on Tuesday, the 28th day of January, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. at the Huntingdon Town Hall.

The hearing is to receive public input for a proposed text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to revise size standards for business identification signs. Full copies of the proposed amendment may be viewed in Huntingdon Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
