Forty-four altogether indictments were returned by the Carroll County Grand Jury during its September session, including:
•Jason Mark Mills: first degree murder, aggravated arson, abuse of corpse, tampering with evidence.
•Johnathon Wayne Allen: theft of property up to $60,000.
•Michael Wayne Allred: failure to appear, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon (two counts).
•Robert Earl Barlet Jr.: aggravated assault, failure to appear (two counts).
•Robert Davis Bennett: failure to exercise due care, DUI (third offense).
•James Boaz: driving while license revoked, theft of property up to $2,500.
•Tamara J. Bratton: possession of methamphetamine with intent, schedule II drugs, drug paraphernalia, contraband in a penal facility.
•Daniel Clois Copeland: felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed (two counts), drug paraphernalia, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of meth with intent.
•Teddy Doyle Craig: burglary (other than habitation), burglary (auto).
•Fredrick Horton Crawley: assault with bodily injury, aggravated burglary (attempt).
•Tierra Shalece Diggs: simple possession/casual exchange (two counts), tampering with evidence, possession of meth with intent, driving while license suspended.
•Marcus Dante Etheridge: schedule VI drugs.
•Amanda Nicole Farlow: violation of protective order – conditions of release, resisting arrest.
•April Nicole Garner: theft of property up to $10,000 (two counts), aggravated burglary (two counts), vandalism up to $1,000.
•Timothy Ryan Goode: evading arrest (two counts), speeding.
•Michael Wayne Hilliard: possession of meth with intent.
•Roger Jay Hollowell: burglary other than habitation, possession of meth with intent.
•Brandon David Huotari: theft up to $1,000, unlawful possession of a weapon, criminal trespass.
•Baryon Oneal Johnson: failure to appear (two counts), driving while license revoked, domestic assault, criminal trespass, evading arrest, felony reckless endangerment.
•Cassius Sinclair Jordan: possession of a weapon by a convicted felon (two counts), drug paraphernalia, schedule VI drugs, felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, possession of meth with intent, schedule IV drugs.
•Travis Scott Ledsinger: possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
•Taylor Jenkins Littrell: rape.
•Cornelious Love Jr.: tampering with evidence, schedule II drugs, felony reckless endangerment, schedule III drugs, theft of property up to $60,000, speeding, evading arrest.
•David Justin Matheny: schedule VI drugs, drug paraphernalia.
•Daniel Jackson McAlexander: aggravated burglary, theft of property up to $10,000.
•Adrian Tyman Moore: criminal trespass, unlawful possession of a weapon, theft up to $1,000.
•Michael Edward Newbill: sexual offender registration form violation.
•Darrin Keith Patterson: aggravated assault, assault with bodily injury.
•Christopher Alan Rogers: possession of meth with intent.
•Robin Lancey Russell: theft of property up to $60,000, aggravated assault, drug paraphernalia, burglary other than habitation, possession of meth with intent.
•Terry Matthew Scott: drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, schedule II drugs.
•Michael Eugene Sexton: evading arrest.
•Mariques Eugene Taylor: domestic assault, aggravated assault.
•Joshua Robert Thompson: theft of property up to $10,000, burglary other than habitation.
•Andrew Arnold Tosh: domestic assault, aggravated assault, joyriding.
