Frank G. Dodd Sr. 1939-2020

Mr. Frank G Dodd Sr., 80, of Huntingdon, passed away Saturday
April 18, at Baptist Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, at New
Prospect Missionary Baptist Church. Interment followed in Hydro Prospect
Cemetery. Brother Darrell Pollock officiated.
Mr. Dodd was born Oct. 8, 1939 in Decatur County to the late Roba Gray Dodd and Eliza Jane Haynes Dodd. He was in the Army-National Guard
for 32 years and retired as a lieutenant colonel. He was the owner of
Dollar Hill Sales and a member of the Huntingdon First Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by one grandson, Kyle Bradley.
Survived by his wife Diann Dodd of Huntingdon; one daughter,
Cindy (Wayne) Tiller of Hohenwald; one son Frank G Dodd Jr.
of Huntingdon; four grandchildren: Brady Snider, Chase Snider,
Ezra Dodd and Lincoln Rose Dodd; one great-granddaughter Mattigan
Johnson.
