The Town of Huntingdon seeks bids from qualified, licensed contractors for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the Public Safety Department building located at 12740 Lexington Street, Huntingdon, TN. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the installation of a seven and half ton rooftop unit. The bid shall include all expenses associated with the installation of the unit required to make it operational. All bids must be signed, sealed, plainly marked with the phrase "Public Safety – HVAC Unit", and delivered to the town recorder's office not later than 10:00 A.M. Ordinance No. 632, an ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Huntingdon to revise size standards for business identification signs.
Resolution No. 025-01, a resolution of the Town of Huntingdon, Tennessee, authorizing the issuance of interest bearing Police Department Capital Outlay Notes, Series 2025, in an amount not to exceed $150,000, and providing for the payment of said notes.
Copies of these documents are on file in the Office of the Town Recorder in the Huntingdon Municipal Building where they are available for public inspection during office hours. Copies can be obtained for a nominal sum.

NOTICE OF CALLED MEETING
TOWN OF HUNTINGDON
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The Huntingdon Municipal Board of Zoning Appeals does hereby give public notice of a called meeting to be held at Huntingdon Town Hall, Monday, the 10th day of February, 2025 at 11:00 AM. The purpose of the meeting is to consider two variance requests. One request is for a rear yard setback variance for property located at 101 Dillahunty Lane (owned by the Carroll County Emergency Communications District). The next request is for a maximum allowable size variance for a sign proposed on property located at 11110 Lexington Street (owned by Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church).
