Cynthia Denise Lewis Hardee, age 62, passed away Sunday, March 16, at her home in Parkers Crossroads. Funeral services were held Thursday, March 20, at Reed’s Chapel. Burial followed in the Jones Cemetery.
Ms. Cynthia was a Clarksburg High School graduate and later earned her LPN license. Following in her parents’ footsteps, she was an avid Tennessee football fan and enjoyed many trips to Knoxville over the years. She demonstrated remarkable love and dedication in her roles as daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition, her steadfast commitment to her grandson Tallen, who has special needs, was a testament to her remarkable compassion. To Tallen, she was a very special “MiMi’.
She was preceded in death by her father; Larry Wayne Lewis; as well as her grandparents, Ozlee and Audrey Hale and Sammie and Letha Lewis.
Cindy leaves to cherish her memory, her husband; Tony Hardee; her devoted mother, Diane Hale Lewis; her son, Allen (Britney) Hardee; three grandchildren, Tallen, Brynlee, and Jasper, all of Parkers Crossroads.
