Chester O. Hart, Jr.

Chester O’Neal Hart, Jr., 73, of Cedar Grove, passed away Thursday, Jan. 21, at his home. Graveside services were held Tuesday, Jan. 26 at Hickory Flat Cemetery with Joe Bishop officiating.
Mr. Hart was born on June 2, 1947, in Huntingdon, to the late Chester Oneal and Winnie Estelle (Jackson) Hart. He retired as a machine operator at Ceco Doors and was a member of Hickory Flat Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, James Oneal Hart; and two sisters, Martha Rich and Lucille Davis.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Janice Hart; two daughters, Janna (Ron) Dunavant and Tamara (Derick) Reid, both of Cedar Grove; a sister, Dixie Hart Mahoney, of Lexington; and three grandchildren, Logan Dunavant, Colton Reid, and Carlie Reid.
Chase Funeral Home was in charge of these arrangements.
