CERTAINTY

Paul’s declaration about God’s raising Jesus Christ from death, “God gave us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57), reminds us that, in the darkness and death, the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ announces to the world that, by His victory over sin and death, God has been vindicated rather than defeated, that He, who is greater than sin and death, saves us and gives us eternal life through the victory of Jesus which becomes our victory and ends our deepest anxiety.
