PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION

OF ORDINANCES & RESOLUTIONS

BY THE TOWN OF HUNTINGDON

Pursuant to Section 2.08(d) of the town’s charter, public notice is hereby given of the adoption of the following ordinances and resolutions:

Ordinance No. 661, an ordinance entitled “An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 2 – Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems, Section 18-201 through 18-214, inclusive, of the Sewer Use Ordinance of the Town of Huntingdon Municipal Code; and, to repeal Section 18-201 through 18-214, inclusive, of the Town of Huntingdon Municipal Code, as amended”.

Ordinance No. 662, an ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Huntingdon, Tennessee to adopt regulations governing data centers.

Copies of these documents are on file in the Office of the Town Recorder in the Huntingdon Municipal Building where they are available for public inspection during office hours.  Copies can be obtained for a nominal sum.
