A lease-to-own storage building has been left unattended on private property at 104 Manley St. McKenzie TN, 38201 for over 10 months. The original lessor, lienholder, or owner must contact 731-358-8955 or bonbonj1976@gmail.com with formal proof of ownership within 30 day of this notice to claim and remove the property. If left unclaimed, the property will be deemed legally abandoned and will be disposed of or claimed by the landowner.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH

OF A STATE MEMBER BANK

Carroll Bank and Trust, 19510 West Main Street, Huntingdon, Tennessee, 38344, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch at 123-1 Commons Drive, Martin, TN 38237. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs.

You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, P.O. Box 442, St. Louis, MO 63166-0442. 

Comments may also be submitted electronically to comments.applications@stls.frb.org. The comment period will not end before October 8, 2026.
