WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated August 16, 2022, executed by JOSHUA W. WILLIAMS AND SAVANNAH B. WILLIAMS, Husband and Wife, to Charles E. The Huntingdon Municipal Board of Zoning Appeals does hereby give public notice of a called meeting to be held at Huntingdon Town Hall, Monday, on December 1, 2025 at 11:30 AM. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF HUNTINGDON
Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-203, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Huntingdon Town Council on Tuesday, the 16th day of December, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. at Huntingdon Town Hall.
The hearing is to receive public input on a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of Huntingdon to rezone a portion thereof of a property located at 20150 Main St (Tax Map 73L, Group F, Parcels 3.00) (partial property located within B-1 district and partial property located in R-2 district). The amendment would rezone portion from R-2 to B-1. The property is owned by: James Realty et al Fund Family Fund, LLC.
The hearing is also to receive public input on a proposed text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to revise the established criteria for single-family uses in B-3 (Central Business) Districts. Full copies of the proposed amendment may be viewed in Huntingdon Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
