Sale at public auction will be on June 9, 2026 on or about 12:00PM local time, at the East door, Carroll County Courthouse, Huntingdon, Tennessee, conducted by the Co-Substitute Trustees as identified and set forth herein below, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by GARRY HICKS, to Holmes, Rich & Sigler, P.C., Trustee, on March 27, 2024, at Record Book 739, Page 910-923 in the real property records of Carroll County Register's Office, Tennessee. Owner of Debt: BROKER SOLUTIONS INC. DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING
The following real estate located in Carroll County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:

Beginning at a stake in the Southeast margin of Hwy 79, where a culvert runs under the said highway, thence South by Southwest 195 feet with the Southeast margin of Hwy 79 to a stake in the margin of the said road, where another culvert goes under the highway; thence southeast 280 feet with the boundary of Bryant to an oak tree; thence Northeast with the boundary of Bryant 85 feet to stake in a ditch; thence North wide the meanderings of the ditch 50 feet to a point; thence North by Northwest 275 feet wide the ditch to the point of beginning.
Being the same property conveyed to Garry Kyle Hicks by deed from Samuel Tinker Bryant of record in Deed Book 414, Page 356, in the Register`s Office of Carroll County, Tennessee.
