WHEREAS, Jessica Spaulding executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for First Community Mortgage, Inc., Lender and Megan K.
Trott, Trustee(s), which was dated April 30, 2020, and recorded on May 1, 2020, in Book 689, at Page
1076 in Carroll County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby
secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, Tennessee Housing
Development Agency, (the “Holder”), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute
Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust;

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared

The City of Hollow Rock will be holding a public hearing for the close-out of project #15993. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 2026, at the Hollow Rock City Hall located at 27960 Broad St, Hollow Rock, TN 38342.
The purpose of this meeting is to present information to the public on the completed 2023 Community Development Block Grant for the Hollow Rock City Park project in the City of Hollow Rock. Citizens are encouraged to attend.
