BY THE TOWN OF HUNTINGDON

Pursuant to Section 2.08(d) of the town’s charter, public notice is hereby given of the adoption of the following ordinances and resolutions:

Ordinance No. 642, an ordinance to adopt Property Tax Rate for 2025 Tax Year.

Ordinance No. 643, an ordinance amending Title 18, Water & Sewers of the Huntingdon Municipal Code, Chapter 3, Extension of Sewer Services Outside Corporate Limits, Section 18-306, Establishing Policies for Outside Corporate Limit Sewer Customers.

Copies of these documents are on file in the Office of the Town Recorder in the Huntingdon Municipal Building where they are available for public inspection during office hours.  Copies can be obtained for a nominal sum.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE

OF FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated OCTOBER 17, 2022, executed by HOMER C. STATEN A/K/A HOMER STATEN AND VESTER STATEN A/K/A VESTER ANN STATEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to MELANIE BLANK., Trustee, of record in TRUST DEED BOOK 725, PAGE 121,  for the benefit of REGIONS BANK,  in the Register's Office for CARROLL County, Tennessee and to J. PHILLIP JONES AND/OR JESSICA D. BINKLEY, either of whom may act, appointed as Substitute Trustee in an instrument of record in the Register's Office for CARROLL County, Tennessee, to secure the indebtedness described;  the entire indebtedness having been declared due and payable by REGIONS BANK,  being the present owner/holder or authorized agent, designee or servicer of the holder/owner of said indebtedness, has requested foreclosure proceedings to be instituted; and as provided in said Deed of Trust, I, J.
