| Carroll County is among the places in Tennessee where residents are staying on top of their credit card bill. According to a SmartAssett survey, Carroll County is ranked first among the counties in the state where residents have the lowest credit card debt. Resident have a credit card debt of 7.1 percent of their A income and the lowest credit card debt index of 93.45.I Among the top ten counties in order of second to tenth are: Decatur, Johnson, Benton, Humphreys, Obion, Hardeman, Lincoln, Wilson and Cumberland. |
