Carroll County General Sessions Court

The following case was bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Mark Rougeou, Robinson Levee Road, McKenzie was bound over on assault-bodily injury - three counts, casual exchange, registration expired, violation of financial responsibility, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

•Kasey Lemke, Green Valley Road, Bruceton, guilty, vandalism, 30 days in jail.

•Reno R. Reyna, Jones Street, Huntingdon, guilty, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, 9 days in jail, 11/29 sentence, suspended, 11/20 supervised probation, $150 fine; dismissed charges of unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of meth, domestic assault.  

•Heather Wallace, Blue Goose Road, Lexington, guilty, failure to appear, 10 days in jail; unlawful drug paraphernalia, 15 days in jail, $50 fine.
