Carroll County General Sessions Court

A single case was heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, January 27:

•Jermile Labruce Adams, Saint Paul Church Road, Huntingdon, was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court. Adams was bound over on charges of meth-manufacture, deliver, sale, or possession with intent, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia-attempt, and driving while license suspended.

Note: The COVID-19 pandemic and the state’s Supreme Court mandate to limit possible exposure in the courtrooms have severely reduced the number of cases being heard in any state courts.
