Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Jerry R. Coleman, College Street, Dyer, was bound over to the Circuit Court on charges of aggravated assault, evading arrest (risk of death), driving while suspended, and violation of the light law.

•Latral Perdue, Green Valley Road, Huntingdon, was bound over on charges of aggravated kidnapping, and coercion of a witness. She was found guilty on a separate count of probation violation and given a 30-day jail sentence.

•Latral Perdue, Green Valley Road, Huntingdon, in a separated case from the above case, was bound over on aggravated assault - use or display of a deadly weapon, aggravated burglary and vandalism.
