Last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court, Jonathan A. Hendrix of Buena Vista Road, Buena Vista, was bound over to the Grand Jury on a charge of first-degree murder-attempt and tampering with evidence.

Two other cases were dismissed, including:
•Kayla R. Harris, Clear Lake Road, McKenzie, the charge of tampering with evidence was dismissed.
•Christopher Miller, North Market Street, Paris, dismissed charge of probation violation.
