Sis. Sylvia A. Dill

Sis. Sylvia Ann Dill, 82, of Huntingdon, passed away Friday August 27 at Harmony Hills Assisted Living.

Funeral services were held on Monday, August 30 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Larry DePriest officiating the service. Burial followed in the Clark Cemetery.

Mrs. Dill was born May 19, 1939 in Yuma, to the late Granville LeRoy Hatch and Verlie Mae

(Haywood) Hatch. She was a retired bookkeeper for the Turner Dairy Company, a member of the Tates Holiness Church, was a minister and evangelist most of her life. She last pastored a church in Bruceton called Liberty Holiness. She was also preceded in death by her husband, of 60 years, Bobby Joe Dill; one sister, Lela Mae

Robertson; two brothers, Calvin Audrain Hatch and Elvin Hatch.

She is survived by one son, Bobby Lynn Dill (Melissa) of Huntingdon. She also leaves three grandchildren, Bethany

Cole (Vincent), Brittany Damesworth (Trevor), Melissa Ann Dill and seven great grandchildren, Branston, Kairi,

Emily, Nathan, Amelia, Alister and Roselyn. Pallbearers who served were Trevor

Damesworth, Blake Damesworth, Byron Wilson, David Goodrum, Joel Goodrum and Kevin McMackins.
