Mr. Jeffrey McKellar Pierce, 52, of Bruceton, passed away Thursday, Jan. 16, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, Jan. 20, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Bro. Zack Newsome officiated the service. Interment followed in Hebron Cemetery.
Pallbearers who served were Kenny Dale Fowler, Mike Hamlin, Mike Lowe, Todd Simpson, Rob Pierce, Trey Montgomery, John Pierce, and Mike Newsome.
Mr. Pierce was born April 11, 1967 in Nashville. He worked for Humble Builders as a construction worker. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Sue Glover.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Pierce, one daughter, Lissy Pierce of Hollow Rock, one step-son, Trey Montgomery of Bruceton, his father and step-mother, Dwayne and Karen Pierce of Huntingdon, one sister, Michelle Simpson (Todd) of Huntingdon, three brothers, Rob Pierce of Huntingdon, John Pierce (Julie) of Rapid City, S.D., and Mike Newsome (Felicia) of Huntingdon. He also leaves three grandchildren, Emmett Pierce, Chase Montgomery, and Paxton Montgomery and numerous nieces and nephews.
