The Huntingdon Fillies soccer team honored their seniors Thursday and won over Milan 8-0 in a district contest. Kailey Lord scored five goals, and senior Kyleigh Carter scored three goals and Ashlyn Rich recorded three saves in the win.
Prior to the contest the seniors were recognized; Areana Nunley was escorted by her mom, Candace Nunley and grandmother Janice Ray. She plans to attend college and study microbiology. Sydney Donald was escorted by her parents, Nicole and Josh Hastings. She plans to attend college and study law. Lillian Ninness was escorted by her parents, William and Kristen Ninness and brother Aidan Ninness. After graduation she wants to become a welder. Lydia Boals was escorted by her parents, James and Suzanne Boals. She plans to attend college and major in business management. Hannah Moody was escorted by her parents, Jeff and Tena Moody. She plans on attending college and major in graphic design. Briana Umstead was escorted by her mom Paige Umstead. After graduation she plans on attending TCAT and studying cosmetology. Kyleigh Carter was escorted by her uncle Scott Carter. After graduation she plans on attending college and pursue a degree in criminology. Senior manager, Josselyn Hernandez was escorted by her mom Luisa Bautista. After graduation she plans on attending Murray State and pursue a law degree. Manager Kanazia Jordan was escorted by her mom and dad, Blair Jordan and Kiowa Jordan. After graduation she plans on attending Murray State and major in criminal justice. Manager Sky Perez was escorted by her parents, Rene and Mandy Perez. After graduation she plans on attending Texas A&M and study law.
