Evelyn Towater

Evelyn Towater, 69, of Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, March 14, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Graveside services were held on Monday, March 15 at Carroll Memorial Gardens with Jacob Harris, and Jody Wade officiating.
Mrs. Towater was born December 29, 1951 to the late Harold Kirksey and Alice Chandler Kirksey. She was and a member of the Huntingdon First Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jessie “Frankie” Towater; and a brother, David Kirksey.
She is survived by one daughter, Amanda (Jody) Wade of Covington; two sons, Marty (Leigh Ann) Towater of Huntingdon, and Jamie (Karrah) Towater of Nashville; eight grandchildren, Kirk Towater, Kara Towater, Kali Towater, Kelsey Younger, Emma Wade, Eve Towater, Jack Towater and Henry Towater;  and one great-grandson, Laken Younger.
