Clarksburg Rockets hosted their homecoming ceremonies on Friday. The 2023 Homecoming Queen is Juliana Altom. She is the daughter of Terry and Lisa Altom. Julianna has been a part of the Clarksburg Cheerleading Squad for eight years. Julianna is FFA vice president, senior class president, and this year’s cheerleading captain. She is also a member of the Beta Club, Healthy Teen Club, Student Council, Drama Club, Yearbook Staff. Julianna’s escort was Braydon Cobb, son of Nick and Lindsey Cobb.
Senior representatives were Grace Bartholomew, daughter of Corey and Brandy Bartholomew, and Ashlyn Smith, daughter of Brad and Rebecca Smith. Grace’s escort was Sha Williams, son of Melinda and Shaffer Williams. Ashlyn’s escort was Stefan Gilbert, the son of Tonya Davis and nephew of Kelly Warfield.
Junior representatives were Chloe Crum, daughter of Brian and Tina Crum and Gracie Moore, daughter of Nikki Moore and Jason Moore. Chloe’s escort was Jacob Derryberry, son of Terry and Kelli Derryberry, and Gracie’s escort was Kavion Pearson, son of Scott Schmidgall.
The sophomore representatives were Libby Autry, daughter of Terry and Tonia Autry, and Anna Claire Webb daughter of Tera and Kevin Webb. Libby was escorted by Dylan Pruitt, son of Jason and Jenna Pruitt. Anna Claire was escorted by Trae Cobb, son of Nick and Lindsey Cobb.
The freshman representatives were Alyssa Belew, daughter of Philip Belew and Melinda Edwards, and Addison Milam, daughter of Josh and Erica Milam. Alyssa was escorted by Bryler O’Neil, son of Caleb O’Neil. Addison was escorted by Jake Miller, the son of Tom and Jenny Miller.
