CERTAINTY

    John’s affirmation, “Grace and truth came through Jesus Christ” (John 1:17), assures us that God comes to us in Jesus Christ, that we can completely trust Him and give our life to Him, that He loves us, holds us, and will never let us go, that He knows when and why we hurt, heals our wounds, and makes us well, that He suffered and died for our sins on the Cross so that He could give us salvation, that He rose from death to give us eternal life, and that He transforms our Nowhere into the Now-and-Here.
