A Carroll County student has been awarded a scholarship to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin for the 2022-2023 academic year, according to Dr. James Mantooth, executive director, Office of Enrollment Services and Student Engagement.
• Taylor Walters, of Huntingdon, daughter of Karen Watson, will be a freshman. She received the Excellence Scholarship.
