Brooklyn Williams crowned HHS homecoming queen

Senior Brooklyn Williams, a basketball player for two years and a cross country runner for one year, was crowned as the Huntingdon High School basketball homecoming queen Feb. 2. She is the daughter of Kieshia Williams.

The crowning took place at the halftime of the boy’s game with Clarksburg. The cheerleaders presented the royalty with flowers.

 AB Club President, Kali Towater, an AB Club member for three years and a cross country runner for one year, who is the daughter of Marty and Leigh Ann Towater, and AB Vice-President Alexis Wilson, a three-year tennis player and a four-year AB Club member, who is the daughter of Michael Wilson and Tina Todd, and Matti-Claire Roberts, who has been an AB Club member for three years and is the daughter of Cody and Kristin Roberts, crowned the queen.

Other royalty members included:

Freshman Lilly Kee, a basketball player for one year and a cross country runner for one year, who is the daughter of Stacey Kee and Kim Johnson. She was escorted by Eli Mota, a football player for one year, who is the son of Carla Mota.

Freshman Annabelle Singleton, a basketball player for one year, who is the daughter of Marty and Sheri Singleton. She was escorted by Pate Tippitt, a football player for one year and a baseball player for one year, who is the son of Brannon and Summer Tippitt

Sophomore Lia Fuller, a basketball player for two years, a softball player for two years, and a cross country runner for two years, is the daughter of Jody and Amy Fuller. She was escorted by Seth Ricketts, a tennis player for two years, who is the son of Bud and Tanya Ricketts.

Sophomore Lexie Stevens, a basketball player for two years, a tennis player for two years, and a cross country runner for two years, who is the daughter of John and Elicia Stevens. She was escorted by Cole Ballard, a football player for two years, who is the son of Brian and Michelle French.

Junior Kaylan Belew, a basketball player for three years, a softball player for three years, and a cross country runner for two years, who is the daughter of Philip Belew and Melinda Belew. She was escorted by Nate Ricketts, a football player for two years, a track runner for two years, and a cross country runner for one1 year, who is the son of Bud and Tanya Ricketts.

Junior Lindsey Sanders, a basketball player for three years, a softball player for three years, and a cross country runner for two years, who is the daughter of John and Kim Sanders. She was escorted by Cade Wood, son of Chad and Cassie Wood, who was a football player for three years and a baseball player for three years.
