Bobby Gene Waugh, 84, of Yuma, passed away Monday, October 18 at AHC Lexington. Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 19 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Phillip Halter officiating. Burial followed at New Hope Cemetery.

Mr. Waugh was born January 23, 1937, in Yuma to the late Joe and Ethel (Hedge) Waugh. He retired from the Carroll County Highway Department as a truck driver, retired from the National Guard, and was a big Cardinal Baseball fan. Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister; Mary Hatch.

He is survived by his wife of sixteen years; Susan Waugh, two daughters; Terry Warren (Darren), Sherrie Yarbro (Tom), one son; Barry Waugh (Lisa), all of Clarksburg, and one stepson; Gary Altom (Kristi) of Lexington. He also leaves five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
