Billy Joe Baker

Mr. Billy Joe Baker, age 42, of Camden, passed away Saturday, October 20 at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24 in the chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Yuma. Bro. Phillip Halter will officiate.

Billy was born November 2, 1975 in Huntingdon to Randy and Jon Helen Baker. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James Lloyd and Shirley Baker; and maternal grandfather, Ned Dawson Lewis. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Baker of Camden; three daughters, Brittany Bolen of Yuma, Brookelyn Baker of Clarksburg, and Christina Baker of Camden; two sons, Peyton Robins and Grant Phifer, both of Camden; maternal grandmother, Sue Ann Lewis of Yuma; and three grandchildren, Benton, Briley, & Bailee.

Billy was the owner of Douglas Electric Heating and Air Services. He was formerly a seventeen-year employee of DuPont.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 23, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of services at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Dilday-Carter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 731-986-8281.
