Sue Ann Lewis, 87, of Yuma, passed away Tuesday, August 3, at her home. Funeral services were held Thursday, August 5, in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home with Phillip Gulledge officiating. Burial followed at New Hope Cemetery.
Mrs. Lewis was born October 25, 1933 to the late Graydon B. Odle and Velma Jordan Odle. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ned Dawson Lewis; sister, Reba Nolen; and two grandsons, Billy Baker and Craig Webb.
She is survived by two daughters, Melissa Barber and Jon (Randy) Baker; three sons, Frank (Sherry) Lewis, Phillip Lewis and Joe (April) Lewis all of Yuma; 12 grandchildren: David Lewis, Patrick Lewis, Kristie (Justin) Brown, Kelli (Derell) Boyd, A.J. ( T.J.) Hall, Mitch (Lindsey) Lewis, Brittney (Lauren) Barber, Dylan (Alexandria) Gooch, Trevor (Taylor) Gooch, Trent (Victoria) Gooch, Kelly Foster and Logan (Erin) Foster; 19 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and two special caregivers, Laura Hutcherson and Sharlene Flowers.
