Eubanks, 34, of Lexington was cited for simple possession of schedule VI (marijuana) on Feb. 28 in Huntingdon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the report by Officer Labe Ezell, he, Inv. Joseph Hedge, and Hedge\u2019s K-9 dog conducted a sweep of the parking area around the courthouse, and the dog alerted on a white 1998 Ford Mustang. Officers identified Eubanks as the driver, located her inside the courthouse, and escorted her out to her vehicle, which they then searched.
