Chase Funeral Home was in charge of these arrangements.<br>Mr. Richard Hodge was born Oct. 25, 1947 in Buena Vista, to the late Kazie Hodge and Lillian (Barnes) Hodge. He was a retired conductor for the CSX Railroad with 37 years of service and a member of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.<br>He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sylvia Ann (Autry) Hodge; two daughters, Christina (Jeff) Painter of White Sands, New Mexico, Jessica (Andrew) Shafer of Knoxville; two brothers, Edgar Connie) Hodge of Elmore, Alabama and Robert (Deidre) Hodge of Jackson.<br>He also leaves 10 grandchildren, Nathan, Suzanna, Barnes, Frances, Caroline, Sheperd, Ellis, Lottie, Reed and soon to be Cecilia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Richard Hodge, 73 of Huntingdon, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 11, at the Alive Hospice in Nashville.Graveside services were held on Friday, Nov. 13, at The Veterans Cemetery in Parkers Crossroads.
