The Shepherd’s Table set for Sept. 20

The Shepherd’s Table, the community kitchen located in Huntingdon, will be serving twice this month, on the third and the fourth Tuesday in September. Due to Covid-19 safety procedures, the volunteers will be serving contact free drive thru and take out only meals. There will not be a dine-in option until further notice.

The first of the two meals being served this month will be on September 15th, at the First Presbyterian Church of Huntingdon. The church is located at 19835 E. Main Street. Dinner will be served from 5 to 7 pm.  The meal will be delicious homemade spaghetti, freshly prepared salad and dressing, a variety of desserts and a drink.

The meal on the fourth Tuesday, September 20, will be served at the First United Methodist Church in Huntingdon. The meal will be served from 5 to 7pm. The meal will be a fun night for the family with hamburgers and chips, plus dessert and drink.

Drive thru and carry out will be available at both locations. Just follow the signs and the proctors for directions at each location. There is no cost for the meal and The Shepherd’s Table is open to the public. Everyone is invited, whether you’re in need or just wanting to get out for a moment.
