Terri J. Rold-Holmes

Terri Joanne Rold-Holmes, 63, of Bruceton, passed away, Jan. 6 at her home.
Mrs. Terri was born on November 23, 1957 in Omaha, Neb. to the dearly departed Mary Jeanette and Ivan Orsey Rold. She met her husband of 17 years online in 2002. They lived joyfully for 15 years in Bruceton, and they were active members of Camden Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was an accomplished Licensed Practical Nurse, with staff management expertise, she proudly provided comprehensive nursing care for Long Term and Medicare patients. And, was a Charge Nurse 1990 – Jan. 2002 at The Ambassador Nursing Home, Omaha, Neb. She also briefly served as Staff Nurse, Feb. 2002 – Mar. 2003 at Montclair Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Omaha, Neb., before moving to TN to marry Joe. Her declining health aborted her service at Douglas Nursing Home in Milan, TN 2004.  She earned her associate degree at Metro Community College, Omaha, NE.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her only sibling, Patricia Jean Rold Phillips, and her grandparents, Edith and George McCorkle and Lillian and Orsey Rold.
She is survived by her devoted husband Joseph A. Holmes; a loving son, Nathaniel L. Rold (Catie Williams); and one grand-daughter, Azalea R. Rold. As well as, Joe’s daughter, Whitley R. Beverly whom Terri cherished.
